Warranty Statement and A/S Policy
Thank you for purchasing our PEACEMINUSONE product. As a product that has been manufacture under strict quality control and in accordance with safety standard, you will be given warranty as stated below. Upon purchasing, please make sure that a warranty card is included in the package and that the package was sealed with a warranty sticker.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of the product.
Upon purchasing this product, fill out the date and place of purchase in the warranty card and keep in a safe place along with the purchase receipt. Lost warranty cards will not be reissued and free repairs will not be provided without a warranty card. The product and the warranty card must be sent together to receive repair. Upon opening of the packaging, return of and refund of the product will not be provided. This warranty is voided on missing items/pieces in the package by removal or alteration of identification labels, serial numbers, safety labels and the sticker seal on the product or its parts.
Free Replacement and Free Repair Service
If, within 7 days of the original purchase, the product is determined to be defective or faulty, the said product will be replaced with a new product. If the quality of an authentic product purchased through a licensed sales agent is determined to be faulty, repairof said product will be provided without additional charge.
If product is sent in for repairs via parcel service, the seller of the product shall bear the cost of receiving and returning the product to the customer. Package (box), purchase receipt and the warranty card must be submitted with the product to be repaired. (For ease of registering for repair, please contact the AS center prior to sending out the product by parcel service)
Return without valid reason (Within 7 days)
Only unopened product may be returned within 7 days for a full refund
For returning product without valid reason, the customer shall bear the cost of parcel service.
Charged Repair Service
Customer shall bear the repair cost, even within warranty period, for damages resulting in improper use by the customer. Products may be unrepairable and the A/S rules shall not apply to faults caused by harmful chemicals/materials, accidents, natural disasters, etc. The product will be replaced with a refurbished product or repaired with additional charges under the following circumstances:
After warranty period has ended
Repairs required due to improper use of the customer
Faults from Improper use (e.g. dropped, applying sudden force, held under water, damages, applying too much physical strain, etc.)
Faulty sound quality due to disconnection of wires caused by improper use
Fault caused by improper electrical source and/or by the paired device
If product is purchased, repaired or tampered with by unauthorized persons, repair shops or store.
Fault caused by attempt to repair by persons other than service engineers of our company
Replacement of worn down/out expendable parts
Unable to determine the authenticity of the product due to loss of warranty card
Damaged/faults due to force majeure
How to Register for A/S
Products to be repaired or replaced must be shipped in a suitably protected packaging as to prevent damage during shipping. Company will not be responsible for any damages incurred during shipment. Parcel charge shall be paid by customer for dmages caused by improper use)
For replacements, all components/items included in the package must be returned. For repairs, only the product needs to be sent.
This warranty card is valid only in the People’s Republic of China, and will not be reissued
Imitation product cannot receive free nor charged A/S
